UBIQUITOUS GROUNDS – 3IS3IDENTITY AT THE STRAND GALLERY

This exhibition is presented by photography collective 3is3 identity. The artists Tom Kavanagh, Tim Deussen,
Simon Slipek and Christian Kraatz offer different views on the relationship between
people and places.

A variety of styles from portrait and documentary to street and fine art photography
come together to create an insight to Ubiquitous Grounds.

The images question how we’re defined and shaped by where we live, the ways we’re bound
to places, the meaning we give to them and how much space an individual needs.

3is3 Identity is a collection of artists working towards the theme of ‘Identity’. Their individual perspectives
reflect the diversity of the subject. Something which can be experienced beyond the images on display
with artist discussions, Q&A sessions and poetry on the theme of Identity from 23rd-29th of
February 2012.

You are welcome to attend the opening on the 23rd of February from 6pm-11pm at The Strand Gallery.
